Guest count is one of the primary factors that determines the cost of coffee catering. As your guest list grows, so does the coffee, ingredients, preparation, equipment, and barista service required to create a seamless experience for everyone.

Service duration is another factor that determines the cost of coffee catering. Our base price includes up to two hours of service, with additional hours available at an hourly rate to ensure our team can provide the same level of attentive service throughout your event.

Travel is another factor that can affect the cost of coffee catering. Fuel, drive time, and vehicle maintenance are all part of transporting our mobile coffee bar to your event. Our base pricing includes travel within a 30-mile radius of our headquarters, with an additional travel fee applied for events located beyond that radius.

Additional offerings and customizations beyond our base menu are priced according to the products, ingredients, preparation, and labor required to bring them to life.

Every event requires a baseline level of preparation, equipment, transportation, and service, regardless of guest count. For this reason, Ebb & Flow has a minimum booking price for all events. This allows us to provide the same thoughtful preparation and exceptional hospitality that define every Ebb & Flow experience.
